We booked with this company last summer for our holiday last week. They took details of my credit card, claimed it did not go through, then took my husbands. When we arrived at Gatwick we found they did not exist. There was no reply from their phone or email. Customer services at the airport told us they are a bogus company and there had been a lot of people reipped off. Not only did we lose the money they took but we had to spend 3 times as much in the long term car park and also cancel our credit cards.
