Booked, paid and ignored

I searched on the internet for meet and greet parking at Gatwick and found this company.

Filled in all my details and was informed at the end of the transaction that I would get an email confirming the booking

24 hours later - nothing. Rang their number numerous times - no reply; no message.

As I'm travelling in less than a week I was v worried. Rang the bank to ask if I can get back the money. Apparently it had not been paid in - yet - but I have no means of stopping this; can only take out a complaint after the transaction goes through!

Why is this firm still being advertised on google with no warning? How can this ad be withdrawn? It's a scam and disgraceful. Once again, the consumer is helpless.

These people who are obviously untrustworthy now have my bank details including the security number on the back of my card.
