Rewardport, inc. They never gave me my reward, it is well over 8 weeks

I had enough points to cash out on a 25$ amazon card, they said it will be delivered by email. It takes up to 8 weeks. It is now way past 8 weeks. I have emailed them time and time again and i have not received one email from them yet about anything. And i am still waiting
