Never send award

I have been using rewardport.com for several years to accumulate points to redeem for gift cards. I redeemed my 15,000 (believe me, it took a very long time to get these points) points on July 6th for a $50 Walmart gift card. I wrote to the company at least six times to inquire as to why I did not receive my reward.

After a few requests, they finally answered me on September 7, and said that they were backed up, but that I would received the card in a few weeks.

Well, I have not yet received the gift card.initially, they said the card would arrive in 8-10 weeks. It has now been 16 weeks.

The last 3 or 4 times I have written to them, they have not responded. I can't even log into my account, so that I could copy and paste the redemtion certificate. However, I have a copy if you need it.
