Miscellaneous

I initially sold my phone (HTC Panache) to him for $150, but seeing him, a new immigrant, unfamiliar with many of the ways he can sell his phone (Sonny Ericsson Vivaz Pro), I purchased his for $50. He claimed to have bought this phone 7 months ago, but the wear on the phone suggests otherwise. At the scene, the phone needed a SIM card in order to bypass a screen, so I took the phone home, thinking it would work with a proper SIM card. Long and behold, the phone still would not work. I've looked online for solutions, and there are. A simple software upgrade will be sufficient. He claimed that the phone worked for him, but since telling me that information, he has ignored all my e-mails and phone calls.
