Hard Tortilla, Cold Hash Brown and Rude Phone Response

My breakfast tortilla was hard and I had to peel a layer off. And my hashbrown was not even cooked all the way threw. It was still cold. And then when I called they took forever to answer the phone. I was already at home by this time, and the lady just was rude to me on the phone and I made it clear I will not be going there again and I will be contacting the head manager today.
