I called Sydney Australia from Honolulu using a prepaid phone card I had used before. As the full amount of the phonecard had been used, the voice system asked if I wanted to call using my credit card. No option to recharge was offered, no rate was detailed. I assumed the rate was the same as the phone card - Mistake: the ~5 minute call cost me 71.00 Australian dollars.
