My cell phone did not work in the area of west va. I was in - needed to make an emergency call from hotel. I followeed their procedures on the phone (automated). They claimed they would give me a rate schedule. Once they had my card no. The call was connected but a rate schedule was never offered. A 23 minute call cost me 49.43 There was a $10 connection fee.
So roughly I was charged $2 a minute without being givin the opportunity to hear the rate schedule. Called the company and all I got was were sorry your displeased. Don't use this service. Big Rip Off
