I bought a voucher for Bali trip with airfare and accommodation last July 1. I already have the vouchers and they sent an email that their new policy is to confirm our travel date 14 days prior our trip which is December 5.

Last Nov. 12, I emailed them confirming our scheduled trip and asking for the ticket and hotel confirmation. Last November 17, they sent an automated email that they will just issue a refund because they are having a problem with their supplier.

I sent them all the necessary documents for the issuance of refund and until now I haven't heard from them. I already emailed Streetdeal regarding this matter and I haven't heard from them either. This is very frustrating. It's ok if my friend and I won't be going to Bali as long as I'll get my money back.

Can you help me guys how to report this company to the authorities?
