Abot three years ago my sister was trying to find a way to pay the bills. She called Questsavers to sign up. She didn't have a credit card at the time, so she used my account card. She told me that they didn't tell her about the 8.95 a month charge. The person she spoke to told her only about the initial payment. Know three years later I am finding out they have been ripping me off. When I called them they didn't even know my name, only my sister's. I asked them to give me my money back and they said they were only aloud to give me 6 months back. I told them not to close the account since I didn't even know who they were. My sister called to see what they were about and they said I closed the account. The person who did this didn't even call me by the right name when they saic I closed the account. I am on SSI and it is not right that this company is able to take advantage of people.
