Had phone call from easyclaim saying we were owed ppi and that we could get as much as £3000
and they asked to £240 which we would get back if we hadn't paid any ppi. It took twelve months to investigate 2 mortgages for us and the outcome was we had not paid any ppi. So we
attempted to get our money back and found it had been paid into freedom mktg or world pay
the onlyproof we have is credit card statement.
On reading internet there are more people out there trying to get money back from easyclaim
this is a long story the bank refused to pay us
as well. They needed proof.
