Grapegifts advertised via GroupOn for an offer - £19 or £20 for a bottle of fine wine and gift set worth £75 - an offer too good to be true, well yes, as it happens it was. The item was bought, paid for and ordered nearly 2 months ago and I am yet to receive it. The company, opted for whatever reason to block all attempts at contacting them. Email was an auto response, telephone was an auto message. I have escalated this complaint with GroupOn & Nocheck and still no further forward. THe item was a Christmas present - I am now banging my head against a brick wall trying to resolve this!
