They promised us that our home loan modification was a simple case and that were approved to reduce our mortgage payments down to $1,000. Boy were we fooled! After receiving a payment of $3,995 things changed drastically! Our calls were never answered always a machine! We were thinking, what the hell did we get ourselves into! After so many paperwork they received, that now im afraid of identity theft, our home reached a foreclosure date! But it was stopped on time because the lender received our modification packet when forest law group was supposed to have sent a few months back! We were put on probation to make our payments of $1414.00 on time for 3 months. We came to find out from our lender that those 1414.00 was the amount that was reduced down to! From the 1504.00 that we used to pay! We immediately contacted forest law group with no luck! To this day we have not heard from them! And all this started back in march to september. We want our money back! Horrible customer service! We basically did all the work they were supposed to do!
