Augustine Homes is a lier, cheap. Costumer service is rude starting with Eric J. Body Arias in unprofessional racist and rude. John page is a lier too. Don't let this happened to you I had enough with Augustine Homes I hate Augustine homes for all the problems I am going trough. Why they had to lie to us!!! We just wanted a home to live in peace. I have to sell my house because I wont have any privacy anymore. HOA is crazy and in fact HOA is Augustine homes. Same ripoff..
It happens to get trash everyday in my yard. Have water standing in my backyard. And goes on and on just make sure don't let this happen to you.
