On JulyI responded to an e-mail referrence for a one time fee of $3.09 you can find out if you qualify for a grant. I checked it out and there was nothing for me, for that amount I didn't care. But a few days later they charged my master card $60.13. Then every month they charged me $58.66. I e-mailed them for a refund, I was refered to an email for my refund. That email was not valid I told my master card not to accept any more charge from NETGRANTSRVC but they keep accepting it.
