I responded to a notice on face book for a free grantbooklet to see if I qualified for a grant. I was told my only cost was mailing, and I responded by authorizing a payment of $3.11 from my credit card. L was then told they no longer mailed out booklets and that I could download the info, and gave me a user and pass number, which did not work. No company name to this point was reveled. Some days later when i checked my account l found two charges, $3.11 on Nov. 4/11 and $60.34 on Nov. 7/11 made by netgrantsrvc.com. That was when I first learned there was an identity behind it all.
