Bad record keeping and several people had problems with improper dates when rent received

Some people have had to use this property as reference for future landlords and the information they send is false and inaccurate. The previous manager did not post correct dates when rent was paid on the proper dates and it has caused numerous problems. Most renters saved receipts and checks/money orders proving when paid but it give a future landlord a reason to refuse renting to a prospective tenant. HUD does nothing about this and somebody needs to yank their chains.
