I purchased a box set of Hill St Blues in June. They arrived 5 weeks later. Discs in the set would not play. I contacted spicy DVD on 9 Aug 12 and requested my money back as part of their guarantee. They said they would send another complete set. I haven't seen the replacements in over 6 weeks and I have emailed them without getting a response.
