I purchased the Little House on the Prairie DVD complete season in July.in the meantime we received the complete season of Dr Quinn. The Dr. Quinn series had scratched discs that won't play and a couple aren't labelled at all. Upon receiving the Little House set they too were not well labelled and scratched. We didn't even play them. Just returned them. I see from my Canada Post tracking record that they were received. But I am getting no response from my repeated emails to Spicy DVD.
Poor, poor customer service! I'm very frustrated.
