I ordered a dress for a 30th birthday. Systems says 8 - 12 days processing time. We did not recv the dress in time for event. When I went on the web to try to call some one it was an out of country phone number so I had to email. I have been getting the run around on email. The first one stated it was nearly finished that was 12 days after ordering. The next email said they needed two weeks to make the dress them 3-5 to ship. Third email consisted of telling me But sorry to tell you, your dress is being made now and all the material and labor has been put into it, and usually we will need 8-12 calendar days to process it, therefore orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost. You can refer to there cancellation policy. The final message I just recvd says that it is in the inspection area. I have told them since the first message to cancel it and refund me. How many time do you have to tell them. I guess if I wrote it in there language maybe they would understand.
