I purchased an iphone 4s 64gb from anthony stebbings on the 24th september for £200. He insured me that this would be sent out to me next day delivery. It hasnt arrived and now all contact with this person has ceased. No phone call answered no email responded to. He has sent me an email saying that he was selling the phone top me and for how much, in this he also attached his bank details and return address if there were any problems with the item.

The payment was made in the form of a bacs transfer for half the total sum equalling £100

My concerns were first raised when i got no response after he said he was going to the post office to post it and he said he would give me a tracking number and after a further 5-6 emails from myself still no tracking number and no emails.

I want to be able to recover my money and will be reporting this individual to trading standards and the police.
