Card frozen without warning after loading under 2500 a day

Green Dot cancelled my card for loading too much money. When I signed up many years ago, I called customer service, which is horrible, and we went over all the rules. She explained that I should not load more than 2500 a day, and I have never done that.

Recently I did a tech job for a company and was paid handsomely. I went to the bank, cashed the check, and purchased Green Dot money packs. I loaded them over many days, never going over my 2500 a day limit. Suddenly my card was frozen without warning, and I spent 2 hours over 3 calls getting my card unlocked over and over. Why in the world would they cancel a VIP membership over too much money? That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in a while.
