I receieved notification of fianl notice of prize claim letter and a check enclosed for $3980.00 US Dollars. I called and talked with a George Evans -Claim Agent. Was told to deposit check and call him back when the deposit was made, and he would give me information as to who to pay the taxes to of $1995.00. I did deposit the check, but have not called back to George Evans with any other information.
