This is a consulting company in IT where they place the inexperienced employees after training them on certain skills through a fake resume. This may be a common practises but they do a immigration fraud where they place the immigrants with no work permit in USA and made them work for some months then file there work visa after some month of employment with them. Many companies do not have the idea that the person who they hired through this company is not allowed to work and trust on this company. This people take lot of money from this needy and greedy people yo place them in cash so they do not come under any obligation of law.
