Employees forced to make fake resumes to be hired by other companies

When employers first came in, we are asked to sign contract which we cannot get a copy of. Every employees have different contract agreement, some required to pay deposit, while others do not.

The most outragos business practice that they did is that upon completion of training, they are asked to lie about their resume as Kuber Infotek provides Business Analyst, Quality Assurance human resources to big companies. We are told to put in fake work experience in our resume so that it will look good on paper, along with fake references to call into.

A lot of people have walked away from the company and a lot of them dont bother to do anything to the company because they are fresh graduates or international expats who don't know the legal route in the united states. They take advantage graduates (especially international students, by promosing to provide them with H1B) and promosing many other perks which never came. I know 6 people from my batch who has left the company all for the same reason, but it has caused them to lose a lot of prescious time to work legally in the United states under their EAD status.

Please do something about this company and stop them from ruining other people's life anymore...
