I decided to try the free trial and received it on the 21/08/09. I tried it for one day not the 17day trial they state and emailed them to cancel the order. They agreed to the cancellation but had sent the order anyway and took the money out of my credit card without my say so. I compained once i saw my credit card bill and was told to send the parcel back which i did on the 21/09 and have proff of postage slip, but did not do the track and send service, which i was suppose to do according to them. I complained again that it has not been refunded as they say it has not arrived. So i am stuck as they do not have an address so i can send the proff of postage to them and since i do not have a tracking number i will not get a refund. Very expensive mistake. Please do not use this company. Its a big scam!!! I am stuck and dont know what to do now
