5 day late delivery - 16 foot container delivery

We had the moving crew in place to help us unload our POD at the new house and... The window for delivery went by. We called PODS and a recording said they were closed for the weekend. We sent the crew home.

PODS never called us at all. We called several times and got recordings. Two days later we finally got a person. They said the POD was lost. They would let us know. They never notified us. We called again. They finally found it they said. It got delivered 5 DAYS LATE. They never once attempted to contact us and give an update. The stuff arrived in good shape, but was very dirty. It must have gone across county and back. Never received a apology or anything.
