Complaints.

I apologize for the late claim.

I have the 7th May purchased an Apple ipad 2 wi-fi tablet (see attached order) for an amount of d. Kr. 4217.24.

The acquisition was made on amazon. Uk and it appears from the order that it is eTrailerUK which stands as a supplier.
All purchases are made in the EU.

To my great surprise, I am contacted by the Danish customs authorities who wish to tax my purchase.

This I am unsympathetic towards since I purchased the product in the EU, which is NOT taxes on the purchase of this type of product.

I realize that eTrailer has made a huge mistake and chosen to deliver the order from the U.S., despite the fact that it was purchased in the EU.

The consequence is, that the ipad, which are ordered and paid in the EU has imposed Danish taxes VAT (Enclosed) because it is delivered from a NON EU country.

So I have further had to pay D. Kr. 1,158 to receive ipad.

This amount will I ask amazon sure will be refunded to my account No 7981 0,000, 109,615th
