I was appalled when my Visa account charged me $100.00 for a purchase of $10.00.
I registered my complaint only to receive an e-mail automated. The company had my e-mail address of course and home phone number & mobile.
Were is customer service?
Please everyone be advised this can happen to you.
I am now going further with this.
I am notifying everyone possible.
I have never dealt with a company that does not respond!!!
Any other suggestions please let me know?
