On August 19 Mrs Elarte received a payment of $ 1,000.00 from my friend on my behalf for a ESL/TESOL Course. Presently, I am on disability due to an illness, she suggested that I got my friend pay for the program for me then submitted the receipt to ODSP when they send her the check for $500,00 she'll cashed it and give it to me so I can pay back my friend.

Because I was sick and have lots of emotional stuffs going on, I was not in a state to write all the quizes, I wrote two of them, she told me that I could write the other two's in a later date in order to graduate.

Now that she had receive the $500,00 from ODSP, she decided to keep the money for herself, and asked me to retook the all program in September, so she can keep the check.

This woman is so greedy it's totally insane, she expect from people to pay for the fees if they pay her by check, credit cards and so on, I think when somebody has a business, those are fees that they should expect to have, but with her the customers have to pay for them.

Since I have not have the opportunity to graduate from this, she got overpaid, I requested a total refund of a $1,000.00 that she got for in August.
