I received the letter on 9/18. File number: usa800nof... Winning numbers 7-10-23-56-77 stating that i had won 250,000.00.inside was a check for 3950.00 to cover tax and insurance. Any smart person knows that the govt will take up to 30% in taxes. I knew this had to be a scam and started investigating. I found the same complaint filed with the same exact file & winning numbers. (they could have a least changed the numbers up.) i have not deposited the check and will not. I would love to turn this over to the authorities so they can investigate.
