I ordered the Dark Shadows TV Box Set Series and received nothing. Kangaroo DVD were prompt in returning my emails and even promised to resend express another package, but still nothing arrived.

I think they are sneaky in keeping you waiting in false hope with their so-called customer service and I really wished I read this complaint website before departing with my money! I was even pre-warned initially from my bank if this business was legitimate. Pays to do your homework!
