Ripoff credit card scam

In March of I was contacted by a vary sweet Jamaican woman who offered me promise of a credit card with no interst for 3 years. This was of no interst to me because I have poor credit and knew I could not get approved. I was assured that I am Preapproved for this $2000 limit and that the $249 I would be charged, was insurance to cover any balance I may not be able to pay. NEVER did I think I was purchasing a "benefits package" that offered CRAP that I am not intersted in. After waiting for months as all the rest of you have, I decided to do aome investigating. This morning I went online, simply to check Guardian Financial's website. Lo and behold, this AWESOME site called complaint gave me some closure at least. I realize I have been ripped off and will never fall victim again. I did write a letter to the address in NY— guess what, no response...
