Ordered service from this company for 1 purpose to get the $50 gift card. Also referred friend because of same reason. They scheduled our service for the following week. After we were both hooked up I called Dish and was told after the fact that both of us needed a number before we were hooked up. The $50 gift card was denied to us both. She is also going to file complaint. Neither of us were told about this. I didn`t have to change that soon as I was already hooked up with Directv. This is fraud as far as I am concerned. I have emailed the States Attorney General 3 times... No response. Hopefully someone can help.
