Ag Skin Care, ag Skin Care Amino Genesis Tripeptinon 40 Caps charged my credit card for no merchandise after it was cancelled

Ordered a free sample of this skin product. Cancelled because it did not agree with me. Next month ny credit card was billed. When i called i was told it was for the sample. Two weeks later another shipment was sent. I returned the sample and the shipment. The month of may my credit card was charged again. They credit my credit card for march but not may. When i called i was told to return the merchandise. No merchandise was received other then what was returned. I thought a sample was to try but that is not what they are saying i did pay s&h for the sample. I want the fee off of my credit card. I have already lost the s&h for the sample plus S&h for the returned product
