I signed 2 contracts with Profit Masters.
I am dissatisfied with the program, and wanted a refund. Dave Sellers (Director of Client Relations, 866-850-4871) talked to me at length trying to work out something for me and told me I can't get any refund because I signed the contracts. Since I have a family emergency I had not responded to him yet. The contract says as long as they are trying to work with me, I have no case. I would have to go to arbitration in Utah. I would be responsible for all costs.

I experienced problems after the deadline to cancel.

Their sales tactics are pretty aggressive and things happened so fast that I didn't have time to think.

Does anybody know anything about arbitration?
I do not want to continue with the program, it left me with a bitter taste and I would not be happy with them anyway. Trust is also gone.
Do I have a chance to get my money back. I am unemployed and this money is very needed.
Any advice? Thanks for helping me.
