I was advised by letter dated 4th september I would have to pay the figure of £298.00 plus VAT to keep my website and domain name.
I emailed the company on september 9th and cancelled the subscription.
They still took the money on the 13th, and when i telephoned to check if the subscription had been cancelled, they claimed they had not received the email from me.
