Loan company,

Asked me to pay £110 First installments
Then asked me to pay £300 Deposit
Each time they told me that the money will be paid into my account
The said that i needed to get a Guarantor
which i couldnt provide so they said i needed to pay £395 to remove the Guarantor
bar, then i was informed that they ade a mistake and placed the wrong about of money into my account so ordered me to pay £200 even tho i still havent had any oney on off them. Each time i phoned them they said that it was the senior accounts manager and the money will be issued nto my back, when i ring them now they obviously know my number so wont answer, when i ring an unknown number they asnwer and pass me around to different people before the phone being hung up on me Ive asked for a refund which they said they cant do, when ive finally spoke to the person i need to speak to he hangs up and then in the space o 30seconds of getting back in touch hes apparently left for the day.

Ive got text messages o the comanay saying that the money will be paid into my account, recipts of the money paid to them and also texts saying that i wont have to pay any more.

Ive got phone number and Adresses but not sure they will be of any use.
