1. Peoplesmart fraudulently charged my credit card an unauthorized charge of $29.95 on sept. 20. My credit card no. Was used for a ONE TIME Service on their website, but charged me for a monthly subscription which I rejected on the wewbsite.
2. Peoplesmart fraudulently charged my credit card an unauthorized charge of $39.95 on sept. 20 for a one time phone look up, claiming 'NO INFO= NO CHARGE', I get a 140 credit to look up one more phone no. AND IT WAS advertised TO BE A FREE LOOK UP
REFUND MY $ NOW.
I called the customer support no. Central time, no answer, vm instructed me to call back tomorrow.
