Ordered a shoe. Newer received an order confirmation. One day received a cheesy sponge from china what I haven't ordered and couldn't tie to this order. Days later I was wondering about the shoe husband looked on PayPal and they did got paid. So we looked into a bit further when we saw that this is a standard extortion from Ann-shoe.com with 167'complains and over 33k stolen and Anna-shoe.com with 230 complain and over 29k damage. I was very uphold that PayPal didn't blocked this transaction based on the amount of complaints they received. We filed a claim and hoping that we don't need to spend money and time on trying to ship back the sponge to get our money. Very very disappointing online experience. Never happened with us and we are a regular online purchasers.
