Caller promised $100 free gas card as thankyou for submitting a survey response to Walmart. Required $2.99 service charge. The $2.99 was to pay for a one-week free trial of the wakanetwork website/discount club. Caller stayed on phone until I got through the $2.99 payment but disappeared as soon as I had problem signing in to the network webpage. Repeated requests by email and live chat have been unsuccessful in having their tech support correct the error on the sign-in page. Requested a refund of the $2.99 — got no response.
