Waka Network AND Walmart

Received a call from someone at Waka Network saying I had won gas card, Walmart gift certificate and more. Had to go on computer to receive these "free" gifts. Unable to access computer at that time and was told I could do it over the phone as it was a "one time only" promotion. Appears Waka Network is a scam but my real problem is that I was told I had won these gifts because of my participation in a Walmart survey. Why is Walmart using surveys to set up participants in this scam? It will be the last time I complate a survey for Walmart. Perhaps someone should investigate this set-up to see why Walmart would do this.
