I purchased: $39 for 4 Hours of House Cleaning from Capital House and Carpet Cleaning ($200 Value) and I was allowed to buy 5 (which I did) we were not allowed (as per the deal) not able to use them until AFTER July 27th, and only 1 PER month not a problem. When I booked my cleaning and received my confirmation for today (which since July was the first date available by the way) and the next 4 months, i got an email indicating my dates were CONFIRMED.
Today, being the first cleaning) i waited from 8-10 AM for the 8 am arrival of the cleaning crew. At approx 10 am Mike Andrew (mark0215andrew@gmail.com) emailed indicating her first has a staffing issue based on the fact that DEALFIND has not paid him in entirety and therefore willnot be able to process my cleaning request.
What is going on with this?
