I ordered the Swarovski Necklace, bracelet and earings on 20th August with WOWCHER on 14th August, they took the £19.00 and then Antwerp on 20th August took another £5.99 for the post and packaging, but have still not received the goods, despite 2 follow up emails.
Is this company a scam?
