Ripoff did not send the goods i paid for will not respond

I ordered dvd's from this company on the 13th and 14th of august, both orders were the shipped according to them on the 19th of august.

I have not received either of these orders, i have to sign for them on arrival.

I notified the company right away when the delivery time had expired (21 days) but despite several e-mails and requests for refunds i have yet to get a response from them.

I have tried to get my money back or the goods i paid for through paypal, but the time had elapsed through which i could claim, because i was waiting the allotted time give by dvd5movies.

I have also tried to contact them through their sister site www.dvdhitshop.com, but to no avail.

My first order was on the 13th august for 11 dvd's at a total of 24.83.

My second order was on the 14th august for 9 dvd's at a total of $32.20.

I also seem to still have a credit on the account of $4.60.

However now they only seem to be dealing with wholesale as they are upgrading their retail payment service this has been lke this for the past few weeks.

I'm sick of being ripped of, i paid them in good faith. I'm sure they only post out your few first orders to keep you reeled in and then they run off with your money, it might not seem a lot of money to most people but it is to me.
