I was charge a 19.00 charge from your company for loan application fee for something i did not apply for and would like the money returned to my account as soon as possible. I am on a fixed income and my monthly bills are done from this account. This will interfere with the funds cause me to have over drawn fee to my account. I am not able to pay the cost of these fee. I do not know how you got my banking information to do this tranaction. I appreciate any help with this matter. Sincerely yours jacqueline smith.
