I was contacted from Toney Morgan from lincoln_group_financier@yahoo.com via email to be approved for a loan on line for 9850.00. He then process the funds thru wire tansfer in to my account at chase bank. I requested the loan to pay off my car and to pay my bills. I thought the this was a real loan company and then found out the the funds were from someones saving account from the bank. The bank informed me that this was not a real loan company that transfered money to my account and now i am stuck with the bill. The bank closed my account and i have a 8,890.00 bill. This fact company has my account info to two of my accounts. He has tried to do the same to my bank of america account but it was closed in time so he could not do any damage. I did the whole process online.

I am afraid that he has my information like my ssn#, my address, and my phone # and all the info from both account. Even both accouts are close. He may do more damage to me... I have learned a hard lession about online loan application on line. Now i am trying to pay back the money to the bank. I am disabled and have a fixed income.
