I found a pants gown for my son's wedding on the above website. I could have bought the gown either by sending my size or they told me that I could have had it costum tailored for $10 more which I did. I sent my measurements and also the color of the gown that I desired. It was pictured in silver. Yhe caption stated that it had embellisments all on the sleeve, around the jacket and also, I think on the bkouse. When I received the gown, it looked as though a 5 year old made it. I could not believe my eyes. The size of the pants were ridiculos. There was not a bead or embellishment anywhere. I e=mailed them at least 3 times, They finally answered me and just short and sweet, told me to send a picture. Then they wrote me again and told me that even though the captions say embellishments, the gown pictured does not have any beading and that is what they go by. I am so livid. I am permantly disabled and my husband just had major heart surgery. I dont drive so I am at their mercy. I had to buy beads and something to dress this mess up and it is so unfair for a company to rip consumers off the way that they did and almost laugh at me. What can I do? Please help me.
