Billed $62.20 for $32.10 Farm Dollars Purchase, Double Charge

I bought a product for $32.10 and was double billed. I received the designated amount of farm dollars for $32.10 and was billed $62.20.
The bank is now stating that they paid twice and that I need to contact Facebook myself and have Facebook contact them regarding these charges. The contact number the bank gave me for Facebook is a runaround to a dot com address that leads nowhere. Please help.
