On September 19 I received a call from 320-267-4154 and 320-267-3182 saying I was eligable for a government grant, but I had to pay three dollars and eighty seven cents, to send the paperwork to me to sign and send to them. I didn't have the money so I told them to call me back the next day around noon, and I would have the money. I immediatley got on the computer and checked them out and found the same that everybody else has found, that it was a scam. Where is it safe to apply for a grant for school, if everybody and their brother can find out about it?
